Delete it yourself in the app or on the web

1. Log in to the game, tap your nickname at the top right of the lobby, and on the profile screen tap My Info / Log out.
2. Tap Delete Account at the very bottom.
3. Enter your password (if you signed up with Google or Apple and have no password, enter your nickname) and tap Delete. Your account is deleted immediately, including the records linking it to Google or Apple.

If a match is in progress, you must finish it before deleting. On the web, use Open the game and follow the same steps.

What is deleted

• Nickname, password, Google/Apple/Kakao links, and login information
• Progress such as Gold, heroes, upgrades, weapons, and Shards, plus mail
• Battle records, best records per map, rankings, profile and portraits, quest and pass progress
• Friend relationships and any saved matches
• Your Board posts, comments, and upvotes

Everything is deleted immediately and cannot be undone. Only your nickname in co-op team records is replaced with "Withdrawn user", and for refund handling we keep only the order ID and product of purchase records. We back up server data daily and keep only the latest 14 days, so deleted information also disappears from backups within 14 days.

If you cannot log in

If you forgot your password and cannot log in, email your nickname to the address on the support page. After verifying that the account is yours, we will delete it for you. If you can log in, My Info → Contact Us in the game is the fastest way.
