We usually reply within 1 to 2 days (Korea Standard Time, business days).
Purchases and refunds
- Diamonds and the Premium Pass can be bought only through the app stores (Google Play, App Store).
- Refunds are requested through the store where you bought. If you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not used any of the Diamonds you received, you may withdraw the purchase (the Premium Pass unlocks that period's rewards immediately, so withdrawal may be restricted). See section 4 of the Terms of Service for details.
- If you paid but did not receive your Diamonds, reopen the shop. If they are still missing, contact us using the options above.
